The orange fisheri knobby star would be a lot more appealing for your daughter because those starfish will stay out in the open most of the time...the pink linckia tends to find the smallest crack in the rockwork and wedge itself between the rocks....they will move around though looking for detritus....anyhow if a starfish is what you want I can get the shipping down to $19.95 because they don't require as much ship water as a fish does...aloha Les
