Mushrooms and rics are easy to frag. Just make sure you cut the mouth in half and that every piece has a little bit of the mouth and youll be fine.

I wouldn't drink lol that would calm the nerves, but it's easy to make mistakes. Do a bit more research, look at pictures and go from there. Have a few whilst learning how to do it
