I like those LTA's. Did you buy all of them or did they split?

Ok... check my math but....
Average lap speed of 8.2666 seconds Estimated Track length front 36" Estimated Track length back 36" Total Fish Track Length = 72" There are 5280 feet in a mile, at one MPH that would be 88 feet or 1056 inches per minute The fish makes 7.623 laps in one minute which = 523" per minute This means the fish travels on average at 0.495 MPH. Special Note: I assume the turns and nasty slow downs on the back side of the track mess up its speed because down the open straight away (as shown in your video), it's clearly most likely reaching a blazing 4 MPH! Feel free to check my math... Grumpy! |

But seriously, That's pretty nifty! Makes me wonder how far a tang could go in the ocean in a 24 hour period, making a straight shot. Hmmmmm....

Average lap speed of 8.2666 seconds
Total Fish Track Length = 90" There are 5280 feet in a mile, at one MPH that would be 88 feet or 1056 inches per minute The fish makes 7.2586498911202516331962255020566 laps in one minute which = 653.2784902008226469876602951851" per minute or 54.439874183401887248971691265425 FPM 54.43987418340189 foot/minute = 0.6186349339 mile/hour Is that enough decimal places for y'all?? |
