Show off your quarantine tanks - Reef-Geeks

The title says it all, if you have a quarantine tank "I hope you do" show it off here.

LOL Mine is a sty complete with hair algae and Aptasia's.

It is a 20g tall, Nova Extreme 4 bulb 24" T5. 3 Koralia Nano's on a wave maker timer. And my prized Aqua C Remora Skimmer.

Now most QT's don't have rock or fish but I had the rock left over and the fish are in there to add nitrates and ammonia for the clams. There are two Clowns and a Leaf Fish in there.

Oh and I broke my frag rack.

i'd post a pic but you probably don't really want to see an empty tank

i fill my QT from the tank and have sponge filter that i keep in my sump, more of an instant QT.

Mines empty also. When did you get the leaf fish?

Bill got a wholesale order of fish and he told them to "fill the order" with fish regardless if they had what he ordered or not. Well they filled it with Leaf Fish, so I got one.

So why do a few of those QT tanks have clowns in them?

they are MEANT to be displayed!
Skinz: that leaf fish is WAY too cool to be quarantined! why isn't it in another tank?

I don't know if it would be ok in my display tank, it does get blown around like a leaf.

And the one clown is Satan so she stays in there.

Barb mine had a clown in it because it was blind and could not put him in the display tank, I had to hand feed it food but he did die from old age. Was about 6 or 7 years old.

My saten fish is in the sump for right now till I figure out what to do with them.
