why are u guys up so early in the a.m.
today, i cut the next clam off its rock and begin its scrub. sunday, ento reefer [ellen] is coming down to help [actually be the boss] in a tank breakdown/set up new one. gonna basically have clams alone so they can all be in scrub mode. i am keeping at it as best as i can for now. easier after sunday i hope.

Went to bed early last night and then the cat was jumping on my head at about 5am this morning.

Take pics of the tank move. I know i want to see it.

starting sunday early, as soon as ellen gets here. i put out the offer that by 8:30 we're up. don't know exactly when she'll be here. end of daylight savings time tonight.
skinz, the way it's planned:
take about half the water sand racks from 65 gal upstairs put that into 75 downstairs, which is plumbed and capped for eventual 65 in basement too. fill up most of remainder of 75 with new water.
fill 65 w/ new water. keep clams and a bit more other stuff in the 65 while i am scrubbing snails for a month or so. move 65 to basement.

We had a blast and got the tank up and operational. It was still clearing some when I left. Barb and Chris got some photos, but the tank was not clear yet. Paul has a beautiful home and I always enjoy visiting his dog Stuart.
