Mate 250 x 2 mh I was running for 10 hours
T5's 54 x 6 with an overall reduction of 2 hours illumination I'm expecting a pretty decent price drop in my electricity bill. A notable diffrence is my room temperature. Also no big noisy fans! |

![]() Nick you don't need the screw mate just take them off your light fixture would be heavy enough to keep them in place with out them moving. |

They are supposed to be on the inside. Gives it a cleaner look but as ozzie says you dont need them

Keeping the T5's cool will improve the light quality and life of the bulbs. You will still get a fair bit of heat, but it won't be as noticeable as the halides, and it's better dispersed. If you can incorporate those little 4" computer fans, you'll get good results.

Gday all.
nah i cant be stuffed changing the legs back . I did it the proper way initially but it didn't fit. Then i noticed that the screws were on the inside so i figured they belong on the outside. either way ill leave it as is for now but thanks for the correction. Thanks for the comments regarding the hammer. These lights do improve the look of them thats for sure. On another level I can categorically state that the yumas prefer this type of lighting too!
