Worked for my LFS this weekend during their anniversary sale. On the last day of the sale, after the store closed, I got to pick through the leftovers and took home three goodies - a midas blenny and two big zoa colonies ^_^ They were part of my payment for working that weekend. It was the first time I was able to catch and bag my own fish

Pretty darn cool!!

Here are two pics of my Midas Blenny, who is nameless for the time being. He's still adjusting to the tank, so he mostly chills in one of the two back corners. His colors are super vibrant and very yellow, which you can't really see too well in the pics. Hopefully, as he gets used to his new home, he will be more social and come out into the light.

Once the zoa colonies are out of quarantine, I will get pics of them up, too. They are quite stunning! I will be fragging them up hopefully this weekend after I purchase a rotary tool.

Definitely! Although when I first added him, he went directly to the back left corner of the tank, which happens to be my small maroon's "territory." So there were some...disagreements at first. My poor little maroon's back fin got nipped a bit. But now the Midas chills in the other corner, so everyone's happy again!

He's definitely a beauty! Can't wait to get my 72 up and running so he has more space to swim
