Have note hooked it up yet...plan to do it this weekend.

sr3 installed and running for ~12 hrs....microbubbles galore...going to full all chambers with more h20 and wait 48 hrs as some of the other post have suggested (see pics of install below)

All's good with the SR3. Micro bubbles are gone...foaming nicely after a couple of days. It appears that I just don't have enough waste in the tank since it's still a new tank. Need to adjust height of capture cup based on water level...but all's good for now.
