whats even more ridiculous is I traded a guy a colony of green star polyp for it back in the day - of course, at that time it was half dead cuz he lost his metal halide and had it only under PCs for a month, but still!! mwahahahaha

haha yeah, it is... it has been dripping for a while

been sucking up the drips tho and mounting them to frag plugs, they are growing out great!!

When I had them under Halides, they looked...ok. SpS looked awesome!

When I switched this tank to T5's the LPS colors jumped out...SPS eh. I still get decent coloring on the sps, but as far as I'm concerned, Halides are the best for SPS color (Haven't ventured into LED's yet until they have the full color spectrum covered).

If your going to release your captive Lionfish (or any fish for that matter), take it to your LFS. They will most likely give you a small store credit that is worth more than the gas you will spend driving to the beach.
