It's fleshy like a scolymia.....Almost like a Scoly, Oouphyllia, and a chalice had a baby.....It's soft, but a hard skeleton like Scolymias......

Wasn't to bad it was $200 plus shipping, some of the other ones I was looking at from Neptune Aquatics were like $300-$700 per piece based on size and color.....From what it sounded like there was only about 50 or so allowed in under CITES to the US and they got like 30 of them.....Extreamly limited amount allowed to be imported so I jumped at the chance to own a piece.

Still havn't seen feeder tenticles but it did eat some Fauna Marin LPS food.

Yea they are spendy but when there are very few cleared for collection a year for the U.S they will cost a bit more. I was told they were very expensive wholesale and they had to wait for thier CITES to clear......

But they are sweet. Not sure if they can be fragged or not when they get to big. I am sure these are not aussie though since the Australomussa from what I can find on line says that the stuff around Australia is grey, brown. While the stuff in southern IndoPacific have all the colors.
