Yeah my fish are doing great, no issues at all it seems. Corals are doing great, but I do have some algae popping up so I am going to place my Phosban reactor back on the tank.

I got two colony's from him recently and I gotta say they really look much better in person than in his pic's. Here are a few pics I just snapped and I didn't fuss too much over making them nice ether.

And while I am at it here are a few pic's of the two Crocea's I got as well. I got a Maxima too but he was turned the wrong way to get a good pic.

Now these pic's don't do the clams any justice at all....

excuse my unsightly hair, I forgot to shave....

Once again two HUGE thumbs up for Barry, not only did I get a follow up call, and email, but I got a thank you card in the mail too!!!!

This is a fairly new Squamosa, it is more green. I couldn't get the camera to show off it's true color.

My Hippopus.

New Crocea's from Clams Direct, I also have a green Maxima that was turned the wrong way for the camera.

My little black and white Maxima just kickin it.

My newer Squamosa, I'm pretty impressed with this one's colors

And a FTS

And the two big clams, blue Derasa and brown with blue rim Squamosa. Both are right about 7"

Did you ever find the source of your problems that lead to the loss of your last lot of clams Chris? I remember you thinking it may have been the water or something.

They look great btw, glad to see you collecting them again.

I am not sure, I think it was my high Mag, caused them not to grow for quite a while.

But not the daughter, she is not a complete pain in the butt yet. Her mom is teaching her well though.

I followed Steve Martins advise about keeping Bologna in my shoes, its true, it makes me feel funny, besides if Im being funny other people laugh and I don't have to pee my pants all the time

Checking params tonight, here is where I am at:

SG, 1.025
Phosphate in PPM with Hanna meter 0.09 ppm
Mag 1260 with Salifert
Cal 400 ppm with Salifert
Alk 11.8dkh

Nitrate 7ppm pinpoint

I'm going to drip some mag in and then check maybe fri, tomorrow is way busy for me.

I am wondering if my high Alk is from my vitC dosing?

My zoa's have been all closed up.
