What pumps are you getting?

Sedra 9000 for the skimmer and a rainbow Quiet one 4000 for the return. And according to UPS website "THEY ARE OUT FOR DELIVERY" Yeah we will see.

Well I decided to press on with the tank, So I ordered a MP20W today should get it friday. I am going to Run one Seio 1100 with it, Should make for some nice flow. I got all the plumbing done today I will post pics here in awhile, Still kinda bumming about the Move notice. It still not firm but looking gloomy for sure.

I got notified the landlord may be letting this house go, We are going to try and short sell to me, butthat is not concrete yet. So needless to say its a very wierd time right now.

They having troubles making the payments?

Well Chase bank is screwing her over, they raised her payment 600.00 a month to total 1700.00 because they claim it is a investment property, Tax base and Insurance rates went through the roof, she could not afford it, and neither could I, So she went for an adjustment and was denied based on her owning a investment property, So she is sueing Chase at this point. We will have to see how this pans out, But she wants to short sell it to me. We will see.

Here is the Plumbing finally finished, Everything checked out ok only thing left is water. Ill post pics of fill.

Nope its actually rooting newbys, I didnt like the one string so I propogated it into 4, its in the kitchen window growing newbys. At my house no plant dies. I take of intereior plants and the GF tanks care of our Rose collection.

Ok update : Putting this on hold once more to buy a new house. It has to happen quick becuase we can not afford to stay here much longer with the way and uncertainty my landlord is going. So it is look out for us or cover our arses. So with that I am going to put it off till I get into the new place. Iam just glad I did not fill this when I had the chance. It would have been alot of heartache and trouble to tear it down. Wish me luck please cuz the house we found is exactly what we needed.
