Well I think I'm gonna pull the switch, depends on what the par reading comes out to be , but here it is one of three. I purchased 1 just to make sure it would work. The LED is a 100 watt 22,000k chip. The housing is for outdoor use so it is sealed and is water resistant so should work real well.
Looks real good and lights my whole back yard Heres some pics![]() ![]() mounting bracket ![]()

does it have a dimmable controller? Great that its sealed too, saves you one hell of a headache also, what kinda airflow does the pendant have?

The controller that is in there is not dimable but there are dimable controllers out there that may be able to be switched to. Not sure yet I have not taken it apart yet.
With it being sealed theres no side vents but there is plenty of space on the top cooling fins for vent holes and to mount a fan which I'm gonna do. The housing is made of aluminum so should be very easy to modify.

Yes I'm planning for 3 as far as the light spectrum I don't know LED's are weird in there classification whether it's warm white, cool white, cold white. This one is 22,000k according to the seller.
To me it is a bright white light with a hint of blue. I would compare it to my 14k Phoinix bulbs. As far as other lighting I have my 6 foot led tubes and I plan on couple more tubes I also have the Ice cap ballast with the 6 ft VHO tubes and have 2 ballasts for 4= 6 footers but tring to not use those. I need to cut the old electric bill down some. If they work may hang 2 over the frag tank also.

Yes I did Chris mine is not the same as the ones that come with those. I did find one even better, still a 100 watt chip but has blue and white LED's in one chip. Little pricey but still cheaper then anything out there. I'm looking forward to see it over the water but gonna need alot of blue to compensate for such a white light. This thing also has no reflector at all so adding that may change the look also. Heres the link to the led blue and white chip. 100W Super Actinic Blue LED Panel | eBay
