Do you have a old bulb laying around? That way you can light the tank and not shock the corals with instant bright light.

Not any 250's I've been running 175's but also running 2 160 watt vhos and 2 110 watt vhos and I can turn them off.

Still not sure, but the reflector I like is for HQI so probly gonna be them but still not 100% sure though.
