Default Pondering T5 light fixtures

I am currently trying to get the missus to let me set the 75g back up and I feel I may be getting close. I sold off my hood cause I hated it so I need new lights. What do you think of these:

Hellolights 48" 4 Lamp Very High Output T5 Retrofit Kit w/ bulbs! - HL448T5KIT

with these added for atinic:

48" 2 x 54w T5 HO Retrofit Kit - 48254

Or I found this one but not really sold on it:

New Wave T5 Fluorescents fromGrowco Indoor Garden Supply

I like the last ones, as you won't need a hood. The first one's claim to be overdriven, so you'll need good cooling, or you will shorten the effective life of the bulbs. I reckon if you do get the T5 lights, get ATI bulbs with them. The ATI bulbs are good bulbs IMO, but I haven't tried Giesemann bulbs as yet to compare.
