too funny! (well not really
) but ours are still laying on the stem of our toadstool...though he's big enough and solidly attached to the rock so he's not falling anywhere... well at least they're still spawning...that's a good thing! Here's an idea: maybe you could move the torch to a different side of the tank, away from their host area? Then they'll be forced to lay eggs on something other than the torch.

Good idea barb will work on thinking up a new spot for it.
kinda challenging as now most things sting other things in my tank so i have kinda grouped species together to resolve that issue. lol |

Hey mate
they are busy shagging all the time, havent tried rearing fry. I ended the rotifer culture,, just getting way to expensive to buy the rotifer algae food. I will keep them keeping all the fish.

YAY! good to hear you're keeping them all and still gonna try with spawning
... sorry to hear about the rotifers........if you buy a LARGE supply of the concentrate you can separate it into 10 or so individual bottles mixed with water and freeze it....much much cheaper that way and it last 7-8 months! (if you want to learn more either call me or PM me....I'm happy to discuss!)
