Got another scooter spawn and a bivalve spawn. I seived out the bivalve larvae and feed them to the scooter fry. They are chasing them around.

Aww thanks, I counted about 30. Just about every object you see in there is one. I had massive die offs and only have a couple left.

its hard to keep track on how old a fry is when the horny lil buggers spawn every night. I just keep tossing them in the tub. Rotifers never took off cultures are too cold in the garage. I put a 250watt heater in about 15gal of water. Its still in the 60's. I need to seal up the garage door. Hopefully a project for this week. Definatly need to do something. I would hate for my RO unit to freeze.

wow....that really sucks...we assume that every temperature for anything reef-related will be at leasst 70d...guess we should stress that in our thread on rotifers eh? would you like us to send you more? we have plenty!!!! ... if you're keeping reef "stuff" in the garage then definitely you need to keep a temperature close to your tanks...I liked the link skinz sent 'ya!

the pods are loving the cold water. I might just have to invest in a warmer heater for the cultures. I assume they are in hybernation mode. Once I warm things up hopefully they take off.
