This is my first attempt at a Poll so wasn't sure how it works. There is my picture of my "sharkie"

Let me know which you think she is, because I don't know for sure. I adopted her!

Percula or Ocellaris?

I voted Ocellaris 100% If you look at the eyes you can see that the iris is orange. If it were a Perc they would be black.

Lets see what the spine counters say

I count 10 spines. so im leaning perc but I am not an expert at ALL.

The difference is in the number of dorsal spines (11 for A. ocellaris, and 10 or 9 for A. percula), the anterior part of the dorsal fins is taller in A. ocellaris, and A. ocellaris never have a thick black margin around the three white bars

Ocellaris. Except I respectfully disagree with your reasoning C&B. The iris is orange in percula and grey in ocellaris. The second picture looks very grey to me. percula look like they have beady little eyes.

She has 11 spines. The last one is always the hardest to see. But it's there.

It's an occy.

Deff, Occ. and all three tricks work just as equally. Spines, Color, and eyes from my experience.

The color in perc's vs. occ is very obvious.

Looks like an Ocellaris to me. I say that based on color and spines.
