Hey! What's schmoken shemoken? I like the schimmer light on your bi-valves.. For sure, you are the impresario of Giant Clams. Howw big is your biggest clam now? You know, length and height ?

My one Deraesa i got got from DPA last summer a year ago is doing fine. It has grown from
1 1/2 x 2 1/2 to 2 1/2 x 5 1/2 . doing good.

But I like your green crocea better. is that what it is?

How are the clams doing Paul?

unfortunately, there was a big loss of the ultra maximas. out of a total of 16, i lost 6. i am left now with 10 clams, 5 of the remaining 10 have pyrams, but that wasn't the cause of the die-off, since there were no snails at that time. they just slowly died. i refuse to get any more of that type. only 1 tahitian maxi left from dr mac. also a hippo some smaller maxis and croceas and 2 derasas bought from different places.

my tahitian maxi isn't too happy either - i blame the pyrams tho...

hoping an influx of new wrasses will keep the dang snails under control along with my plastic dish efforts....

I have 6

I want some more but I'm scared of the Dr Mac clams. May still try one, the only ones Charlie seems to be able to get are the ORA clams and they always come in small and the gold ones are CRAP and have gotten P.M. each time no matter now many times I dip them.
