I work in credit card processing. If you dispute the charge as "defective not as described" you WILL get all your money back and you will not be lying about it. You have up to a year to dispute charges but the depends on the reason for charge back. Just beware that store my not choose NOT to do business with you in the future. Good luck i am sorry to hear of your bad situation. I also agree the cabinets look like CRAP.

Hey glad they're doing the right thing for you. thats my biggest fear is one morning ill wake up to a 200 gallons of saltwater in my apartment. what are they making you do with the old tank? If you get to keep it id get it re sealed and sale it. Ive had two tanks re sealed just to be safe and have never had a problem

Also no foam under a framed glass tank and as far as wall anchors I would not recommend them you need to be level and stable free standing.
also make sure you have center support all the way to the base. It's easy to be flat and level but not so easy to detect sagging as it will only be there once the load is applied and it only takes a couple mm to tweak a seem. |

Trust me they are a large company, replacing one tank isn't a big deal for them. They are probably just happy you are not asking for other damages. I have a lot of experiance dealing with them they are a pretty good company to work with.
