since you asked
![]() i was doing some maintenance on the tank Sunday and decided to shot a quick vid of my GBTA's. i went a little nuts after loosing my gigantea and decided to try and build a bubble tip mountain ![]() this was ~20 minutes after the lights came on so they weren't completely inflated, but you get the idea..............

thanks, they're all clones from an anemone i got ~3 years or so ago. for flow i have to 2 K4's and a seio 1500, a few of them really like it though, it almost looks painful but they don't move.
here's a couple thumbs ( click me ) of the tentacles with the pumps off........... ![]()

thanks, yes they're all from one anemone but i only cut one ( couldn't watch any longer, three day split ), the rest were overfed to force a split.

lol, i've been in limbo since my ATO fried my tank ( ~ 2 years ago ). i lost just about everything and almost my will to reef. i went away for the weekend and 50G of RODI got pumped into the sump ( probably 10 secs after i walked out the door ), overflowing it but not before drastically dropping the SG. from what i could figure, using my mad CSI skills
an anemone went walk about and into a K4, causing an NH3 spike, causing my clams to spawn, causing my skimmer to overflow, etc.......................... when i got home the tank looked like milk and the stench was something i never want to smell again. basically the only survivors were the fish ( poor tang took a beating, still not recovered ) ,a few BTA's ( tiny little balls buried in the rock ), one serpent star ( with only two legs, but look in the vid, regeneration is incredible ) and some limpets. as an added unseen bonus my berghia nudibranches died too, and the aptasia have made a come back ![]() other than my gigantea attempt, i haven't added a single thing to the tank, no re-stocking, no clean up crew, nothing.......... so long story short, there isn't really anything to see, i'm even down to one light....... i took this a few months ago, pretty sad, compared to what i had before ![]() ![]() but i'm coming out of it and am just waiting to see my bonus this year before i decide what to do..................................

lol, i was just at the LFS eyeing up some golden teardrops, i don't think it's going to take much pressure
![]() also don't forget ~ a year before that my house got hit by lightning and i had to move all my tanks, so my luck has to change, doesn't it................ (please don't answer that )

I know how easy it is to get discouraged. Still dragging my feet on our tank redo but i need to talk Barb into more flow before we start or its not going to be worth it IMO
