I'm on my 3rd blister pack of 5-star, and my fish still love it. They nip at the outside of the bowl while it is thawing in the tank. Once I dump it in the tank the whole cube is gone in under 3 minutes.

Pat, that great! I would certainly hope they wouldn't start to hate it! lol. As soon as I walk in the door at night my fish start swimming in circles....kinda like the cats and dog too....cause they all want to eat at the same time!

Nathan, it was nice meeting you the other day as well. You guys have a great store there and I tell my buds at DVRC about it all the time too! I still have my eye on that cube tank by the front door....it'll just take me a little longer to talk the s/o into it!

Call it a buisness expense for your R&D dept. Then you could get 2 and say the other one is for QC.

I finally ran out of the "other" food i've been using, no complaints with it, i just wanted to support a local business, and besides, Mary's great, and she knows her stuff about fish food! So i grabbed a reef bar at DPA yesterday, and fed the tank last night... The fish wen't crazy over it, they're always pigs but they started fighting over this stuff, usually they play nice at feeding time... The main thing i noticed though is how extended some of the coral polyps got, I never saw this one sps that i have inflate it's polyp's the way it did.. and over the next couple hours every time the fish poo-ed the coral would get excited and polyp out to catch some and pull it in.... another happy customer here!

P.S welcome to the geek! I wish I had you around when I was still in the hobby. Rods food was just lacking or contained too many uneeded ingrediants for my situation.
